Lifeline is a plan that assists qualified low-income Iowans by providing a monthly credit on their telephone bill. You can print the application, complete it and return it to our office with the necessary documentation.
Email Address of Record
If you would like to establish an email address of record for your TBC account, you can print the form. Return the completed form to our office.
If you would like us to automatically collect your payment from your bank account or credit card, you can print the form. Return the completed form to our office. We will process these payments on the 19th of each month or the next business day following if the 19th falls on a weekend or a holiday. If you want to choose your own payment date for automatic payments, our eBill solution allows you to set up automatic payments.
Aureon Charity Grant
Aureon (formerly Iowa Network Service) invites public and private non-profit agencies to submit applications for assistance for community projects. The communities of Titonka and Burt are eligible to submit Aureon Charity Grant Applications because they are served by TBC, an Aureon member company. TBC matches all Aureon Charity Grant monies awarded for projects in the communities of Titonka and Burt.
Foundation for Rural Service Grant Program
As part of its ongoing commitment to rural communities across the country, the Foundation for Rural Service provides annual grants for communities served by National Telephone Cooperative Association (NTCA) members. The goal of this program is to support local efforts to build and sustain a high quality of life in rural America. Grants will be concentrated in four major areas: business development, community development, education and telecommunications. The communities of Titonka and Burt are eligible to submit FRS Grant applications because they are served by TBC, an NTCA member company.
