Community Support

Titonka-Burt Communications is a vital part of the communities we serve. We provide our customers with advanced communications services, local support and we we take our corporate responsibility to our friends and neighbors seriously.

TBC supports Titonka Indian Days, The Burt Summer Celebration, Christmas in Titonka, Burt Christmas Coffee, High School After Prom Events, Titonka Firemen’s Car Show, Titonka Firemen’s BBQ, Algona Community School Foundation, Kossuth County Fair BBQ, Kossuth County Fair Rodeo, Kossuth County Concert Series, Titonka Area Economic Development (TAEDC) and Kossuth County Economic Development (KCEDC) with monetary donations.

TBC provides free broadband Internet Service to Titonka Public Library, Burt Public Library, Titonka EMS and Burt EMS.

TBC also matches all Aureon Charity Grant monies awarded to grant applicants in our service area. Do you have a community project in mind that could benefit from some additional funding?

As part of its ongoing commitment to rural communities across the country, the Foundation for Rural Service provides annual grants for communities served by National Telephone Cooperative Association (NTCA) members. The goal of this program is to support local efforts to build and sustain a high quality of life in rural America. Grants will be concentrated in four major areas: business development, community development, education and telecommunications. The communities of Titonka and Burt are eligible to submit FRS Grant applications because they are served by TBC, an NTCA member company.
