Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) Community Grants

As part of its ongoing commitment to rural communities across the country, the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) provides annual grants for communities served by National Telephone Cooperative Association (NTCA) members.

The goal of this program is to support local efforts to build and sustain a high quality of life in rural America. Grants will be concentrated in four major areas: business development, community development, education and telecommunications.

The communities of Titonka and Burt are eligible to submit FRS Community Grant applications because they are served by Titonka-Burt Communications, an NTCA member company.

TBC is currently accepting grant proposals from $250 – $5,000 for community projects.  Submit your proposal to TBC by August 31, 2021.
