  • The service optimizes your WiFi for the fastest possible speed.
  • TBC Managed WiFi is provided through a Smart Gateway, which is a device that replaces your
    existing router.
  • The Smart Gateway is commercial grade equipment that delivers a strong, consistent signal throughout your home.
  • WiFi dead spots will be a thing of the past!
  • Extenders are available to connect garages and nearby outbuildings. They can also be used within
    larger homes, but the vast majority of houses will enjoy an excellent wireless connection without an extender. Extenders are $2.95 each per month.
  • Allows greater number of connected devices.

The Smart Gateway integrates with our Fiber-to-the-home system which currently provides your internet. The gateway allows us to troubleshoot your network issues much faster and provides the flexibility to optimize coverage in your home.

Affordable costs

  • TBC Managed WiFi is just $5.95 per month.
  • TBC Tech’s can install the Smart Gateway for $50.
  • No charge for self-installs.

Service details

  • Equipment will remain the property of TBC.
  • If you discontinue internet service or Managed WiFi service, equipment not returned to us will be billed to you, $185 for the gateway and $100 per extender.
  • Equipment damaged by customer negligence will be replaced for a charge of $185 for the gateway and $100 per extender.
  • Trips to premise after installation to add new devices or fix customer-initiated problems may result in a charge of time and materials.
